From 12 to 22 April 2024 I will be running the MARATHON DES SABLES for Bartiméus Fonds (Bartimeus Foundation). The mission is to raise 100.000 euro's. With this financial support Bartiméus Fonds can support the Bartimeus Diagnostic Centre in which babies and toddlers with a visual impairment can be diagnosed at a very early stage. I know from own experience that this is vitally important, having a daughter of seven years old, by the name of Maja, who was born blind. Early diagnosis is one very important step in making your child's first few years a lot easier, since you as a parent know to a much greater extend how to support your cute bundle of joy.
