MARATHON DES SABLES settles at Walt Disney World

It's all new: the EPCOT Park at Walt Disney World, Florida, is hosting an exhibition on the MARATHON DES SABLES starting in November 2019.

EPCOT is a park dedicated to immersive visits, original experiences, the meeting of Walt Disney characters, and a real outburst of imagination. We can find attractions of course, but also experiences and visits taking place in 11 countries including China, Germany, France, Norway... and Morocco. And it is in the context of Morocco, of course, that we can discover a room MARATHON DES SABLES.

Indeed, it is at the heart of the Gallery of Arts and History in Morocco that is held this new room, as part of the permanent exhibition "The race against the sun: ancient techniques to modern competitions. " The exhibition immerses you in the legendary desert ordeal to show you what technology (textiles, electronics, shoes...) has brought to survival in the desert. In parallel, you can discover the history of survival in the desert, thanks to the development of the Berber tradition over the centuries.
