Few words about yourself:

Running ultras off road in my opinion brings a change in mentality, you have to find new ‘energy’, it can be dark out there at times where counting the miles seems slow and the end far away, ultras bring challenges that you don’t meet everyday, thoughts go through your head with demons trying to stop you! However, the right mental attitude will see you to the end, running for me is a drug, escapism, a desert island, a personal challenge, it is where I feel most alive, and where I feel myself. Proud to be an Ambassador for Irun4Ultra, a community of runners who embrace everyone who runs, encouraging limits to be pushed and goals to be achieved, whilst raising awareness for the children’s charity Hope So Bright.
