Hi, I'm Claire! I'm a 36 year old runner/hiker from the USA. I've wanted to participate in MARATHON DES SABLES for quite a while and always admired runners who were raising money for various charities. When choosing how I could best support a cause, I kept thinking of all of the good work that World Central Kitchen is doing to maintain food security for those in disaster areas. I look forward to gathering funds to support this organization and am inspired by their dedication.
