We asked you, 70 days before the 35th MARATHON DES SABLES, how you train. So let's take a quick look at the answers, some very serious, others perhaps a little less… with for all the difficulties of adapting to the constraints of MDS (sand, heat, weight of the bag) and the need to juggle with family and professional obligations.
